Flat Stomach

These are my ''get a flat stomach'' exercises

* Russian twists - You should sit on your but, twist your body side to side

* Double leg circles - You circles around your legs in the air. You stomach will be burning so much

* Single leg drops - Lie down, out out your legs, from one and hold the other one

* Windmills - Put both of your legs out, lie down, rotate them side to side without touching the floor too much

* Starfish crunch - Lie down, put out your right foot and touch it with left then change to your left foot

* mountain climbers - Stand On all 4 .crunch in you feet while holding up your body with your hand
